Returns & exchanges
Returns within 30 days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping and fees
Customers pay return postage for ordinary, non-quality-related returns. If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us so bestwayso can arrange a resolution and cover the applicable return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund method and timing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer law.
