About these terms

This online store is operated by SIERRA LAQUITA RENEE LLC under the trade name bestwayso. These terms describe use of our store and purchases of our wooden homeware. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Orders and product information

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and review your selected size and set quantity before placing an order. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorised to use the payment method provided.

Product descriptions and selected options describe the items ordered. Natural wood grain and colour vary between pieces. Photographs may show multiple pieces or styling props; only the quantity and contents specified for your selected option are included. We will contact you if an error or availability issue affects your order, and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. The amount payable is shown at checkout before you submit your order. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter the price of an accepted order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping

We offer free shipping throughout Canada with no minimum order amount. Processing takes 2–3 business days, transit takes 5–9 business days, and total estimated delivery is 7–12 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for defective or non-defective items, subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be new, unused and in original packaging. Contact us before mailing a return. Customers pay ordinary non-quality return postage; we handle incorrect, damaged or defective orders. There is no restocking fee and no direct exchange service. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Use of the website

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe another person’s rights. Website text, branding and images may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. External links, where provided, lead to services governed by their own terms.

Our Shopify-managed Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled when you visit the store, contact us or place an order.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to existing orders.
